LIFE AI GLOBAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to LIFE AI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIFE AI website (www.lifeai.io), the LIFE AI mobile application, and all related services, including membership options and associated features (collectively, the "LIFE AI Services" or "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Code of Conduct, which form a single, binding agreement between you and LIFE AI. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Code of Conduct, you must immediately cease using the LIFE AI Services. LIFE AI reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or restrict your access to the Services if you fail to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Code of Conduct, or any provision thereof.
In these Terms, "we", "our", "us" and "LIFE AI" refer to LIFE AI Foundation, a non-profit organization established under the laws of Singapore, including its branches, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.

1. Introduction and Scope of Application
1.1. Global Application: These Terms apply to all individuals globally, regardless of nationality or place of residence, who access or use any component of the LIFE AI Ecosystem, including, without limitation, the website, mobile application, partner-integrated platforms, and community programs, whether as a registered user or otherwise.
1.2. Compliance with Local Laws: Users must comply with the laws of their country of residence or the jurisdiction in which they access the Services. In case of conflict between these Terms and applicable local laws, the local laws shall prevail to the extent they are mandatory, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect. LIFE AI will assess and resolve conflicts through consultation with legal experts, ensuring compliance with international and local consumer protection and data protection laws. Nothing in these Terms shall limit the statutory rights of consumers under their local laws.
1.3. Related Policies: These Terms incorporate and are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Community Code of Conduct, both of which form an integral part hereof and should be carefully reviewed by all users.
2. Account and Eligibility
2.1. Eligibility:
To register for and use the LIFE AI Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register and use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Where required by applicable local laws, LIFE AI may implement age verification during registration, which may include methods such as government ID submission, biometric checks, or third-party verification services, in compliance with such laws. Access by minors without legally valid consent or verification is strictly prohibited. LIFE AI reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts and delete associated data if it reasonably believes a user is underage and has accessed the Services without such consent. These requirements may be adjusted to comply with local laws applicable to your location. For details on parental consent, age verification, and data handling for minors, please refer to our Privacy Policy. LIFE AI shall not be liable for any false declarations of age.
- Legal Compliance: You must not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable international, national, or local laws, regulations, or sanctions. You must not reside in a jurisdiction where access to the Services is restricted or prohibited by law.
- No Prior Violations: You must not have a history of violating these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Code of Conduct, or any other LIFE AI policies in a manner that resulted in account suspension, termination, or prohibition from the Services. LIFE AI reserves the right to deny eligibility to individuals or entities with a record of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or abuse on the LIFE AI platform or similar services, as determined by LIFE AI in its sole discretion.
- General Fitness: You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and not be under any legal incapacity that prevents you from understanding or complying with these Terms. Additionally, you must not use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes, as outlined in Section 4 (Acceptable Use).
2.2. Account Registration:
To register for and use the Services, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process, and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly in the event of any changes.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether you authorized such activities. LIFE AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. LIFE AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if it determines that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or outdated.
2.3. Account Security:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or login information with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use or breach of security, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
LIFE AI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate suspicious activity and to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or is being used in a manner that violates these Terms.
LIFE AI disclaims any liability for damages resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to implement reasonable security measures or notify us in a timely manner.
2.4. Account Restrictions: LIFE AI reserves the right to deny account applications, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Code of Conduct. Prior to any suspension or termination, LIFE AI will notify you in writing via the LIFE App or email to the address associated with your account, detailing the reason for the action and, where practicable, providing a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation, unless immediate action is required to protect the LIFE AI ecosystem and/or comply with applicable laws. If your account is suspended or terminated, you may submit an appeal in writing within 7 business days via the appeal form in the LIFE App or by email to [email protected], and LIFE AI will respond within 14 business days.
3. LIFE AI’s Services and Membership Tiers
3.1. LIFE AI Services Overview: LIFE AI provides services focused on personalized healthcare through advanced technology, including:
- LIFE AI Ecosystem: LIFE AI is an advanced digital health platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics. It is designed to foster a vibrant community of individuals, empowering them to engage in personalized health and wellness solutions. The platform leverages cutting-edge technology to support community-driven health initiatives, promote informed lifestyle choices, and enhance user experiences through innovative and secure tools, encouraging active participation in health-focused activities. The platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
- LIFE App: The official super app developed by LIFE AI, serving as a comprehensive platform that enables users to manage personal information, access personalized healthcare services, participate in community activities, and interact with various features within the LIFE AI Ecosystem globally. It integrates multiple mini applications independently operated by our partners. While these mini apps expand functionality, their operations and compliance remain the responsibility of the respective partners, ensuring both enhanced features and a seamless user experience across health, community, and ecosystem interactions.
- Community Programs: Initiatives to engage users in health-focused activities, workshops, events, and community governance to promote healthy lifestyles and global community interaction.
3.2. Membership Tiers:
Any individual who meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.1 may become a member of LIFE AI by registering an account on the platform, thereby gaining access to the LIFE AI Ecosystem. LIFE AI offers two membership tiers: Regular Member and VIP Member. Both tiers provide access to the platform's services, but they differ in features, benefits, and requirements. All members, regardless of tier, must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Code of Conduct.
3.2.1 Member Types:
- Regular Member: This is the entry-level membership available to any individual who registers a LIFE AI account at no cost. Regular Members can access basic services, including account creation, limited educational resources, community engagement, and select essential functions as defined by LIFE AI.
- VIP Member: This is the premium membership tier available to any individual who subscribes by paying an annual fee of 180 USD. VIP Members receive all the benefits of Regular Members, plus exclusive privileges such as access to special offers, early access to new products and services, priority participation in programs, and additional benefits across the LIFE AI Ecosystem.
3.2.2 Membership Offering and Compliance:
The VIP Membership is a service-based subscription offered at a fixed annual fee of 180 USD, providing enhanced access to exclusive features within the LIFE AI Ecosystem. This offering complies with applicable international and local laws on consumer rights and anti-fraud regulations. Users are required to review these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Code of Conduct before enrolling as a VIP Member.
No membership tier constitutes a financial investment, capital contribution, or participation in revenue-sharing, equity, ownership, dividends, or profits. Memberships do not offer financial returns or value appreciation. LIFE AI reserves the right to modify services, features, or access levels for any tier in accordance with applicable laws.
3.2.3 Cancellation and Refunds:
VIP Memberships are non-refundable, except where required by applicable local consumer protection laws. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within the statutory period and will be processed in accordance with local law. Users will be notified of membership renewal at least 7 days in advance via the LIFE AI platform. Failure to renew may result in reversion to Regular Member status and loss of VIP benefits, and may also lead to the freezing and potential forfeiture of Life Points commitments, as detailed in Section 3.2.5 and the Life Points Commitment Policy.
3.2.4 Violations and Termination:
Membership access (including VIP benefits) is subject to compliance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Code of Conduct. Violations may lead to suspension, revocation, or termination without compensation or refund, as detailed in Section 5 (Handling Violations and Termination). Serious violations may also prohibit reinstatement for 12 months and trigger legal actions. Affected users may be notified of account restrictions or termination, and any appeal rights shall be exercised in accordance with Section 2.4 (Account Restrictions), except where immediate action is required to protect the LIFE AI Ecosystem and/or comply with applicable laws.
3.2.5 VIP Membership Expiration:
If your VIP Membership expires due to non-renewal, you will revert to Regular Member status and lose access to VIP-exclusive benefits. Specifically:
- Disabled Features: Certain features available only to VIP Members, such as committing Life Points (Commit), withdrawing Life Points (Withdraw), and sending Life Points (Send), will be temporarily disabled until VIP Membership is renewed. This ensures that the exclusive benefits of VIP Members are reserved for those actively complying with these Terms and the Life Points Commitment Policy, thereby protecting the integrity of the LIFE AI Ecosystem.
- Frozen Commitments: Any active Life Points commitments will be frozen upon expiration of VIP Membership. They will automatically resume from the point of freeze upon renewal of VIP Membership, as detailed in the Life Points Commitment Policy (e.g., if a commitment has completed 90 days before expiration, it will resume at day 91 upon renewal). The freeze period is limited to a maximum of 12 months from the date of expiration. If VIP Membership is not renewed within this 12-month period, the frozen commitments will be permanently forfeited, in accordance with the Life Points Commitment Policy and the Forfeiture of Frozen Commitments section below.
- Forfeiture of Frozen Commitments: If VIP Membership is not renewed within 12 months of expiration, frozen commitments will be forfeited. Additionally, if your account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months during the freeze period, defined as no login, transaction, or interaction with the LIFE AI platform, commitments may be forfeited, even if the 12-month period has not elapsed. LIFE AI will attempt to notify you via the LIFE AI app or email prior to forfeiture, where practicable, subject to technical feasibility and applicable laws. Appeals must be submitted within 7 business days of notification to [email protected], with a response provided within 14 business days. See the Life Points Commitment Policy for further details.
All actions related to expiration, freezing, and forfeiture are for platform operational purposes only and do not constitute financial settlements or losses, as Life Points have no cash value and are non-transferable outside the platform (see Section 3.3.2). In the event of a conflict with applicable local laws, those laws shall prevail (see Section 1.2). For more details, refer to the Life Points Commitment Policy.
3.3. Life Points:
3.3.1 Purpose: Life Points are internal reward points earned through positive contributions to community development, health initiatives, or community engagement activities within the LIFE AI Ecosystem, designed to encourage participation and support the growth of the community.
3.3.2 Nature and Restrictions:
Life Points have no cash value, are non-transferable outside the platform, and may only be exchanged for digital assets in limited, platform-approved activities that comply with applicable local and international regulations. Such exchanges, which are subject to LIFE AI's discretion and may require mandatory KYC verifications as required by local laws, are strictly for operational purposes and do not imply any financial value, appreciation, or returns, including passive income. As internal rewards, Life Points support community and health-related activities but do not constitute a financial investment, security, commodity, or any form of capital contribution, equity, ownership, dividends, or profits. LIFE AI reserves the full discretion to modify or terminate the Life Points program in accordance with evolving legal requirements and platform policies.
3.4. Payment of Fees and Taxes: Users are responsible for determining, collecting, withholding, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or fees arising from their use of LIFE AI Services. LIFE AI, as a non-profit entity, does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of users and assumes no responsibility for tax compliance except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the Community Code of Conduct, and applicable international and local laws. Prohibited activities include:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Exploiting, harming, or threatening others.
- Transmitting or storing illegal, infringing, obscene, or defamatory content.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or connected networks.
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting affiliations.
4.2. Consequences of Non-Compliance: LIFE AI reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services for violations of this section, without prior notice, as detailed in Section 5.
5. Handling Violations and Termination
All users must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the LIFE AI Community Code of Conduct, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Violations may result in penalties, including warnings, Life Point deductions, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination, as detailed in the Community Code of Conduct and enforced through its community enforcement framework.
5.1. Violation Handling:
Violations of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Code of Conduct will be reviewed by LIFE AI’s Community Compliance Committee. In cases requiring immediate action to protect the LIFE AI Ecosystem and Community, penalties may be applied promptly. Affected users will be notified and may submit an appeal within 7 business days via the appeal form in the LIFE App or by email to [email protected], with a response provided within 14 business days.
5.2. Termination Due to Violations:
LIFE AI reserves the right to suspend or revoke any user's access (including VIP benefits) without compensation if the user violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Code of Conduct. In cases of serious violations, such as fraud, impersonation, system manipulation, misusing LIFE AI’s brand or materials for personal gain, soliciting investments, or falsely representing affiliation with LIFE AI, LIFE AI may immediately suspend or terminate access to its Services without compensation or refund to protect the LIFE AI Ecosystem and Community. Such users may be prohibited from reinstatement for 12 months from the effective date of the termination decision, subject to written approval from LIFE AI. LIFE AI may also pursue legal action, including civil, administrative, or criminal proceedings, and cooperate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international and local laws. Penalties will be applied in accordance with the Community Enforcement Framework, with violation levels and penalties detailed in the Community Code of Conduct.
5.3. User-Initiated Termination: You may terminate your account or VIP Membership at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 3.2.3. Outstanding obligations (e.g., taxes or fees) must be settled before termination.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Community Code of Conduct, the Privacy Policy, or the use of LIFE AI Services (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved as follows, to the extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with Section 12 (Governing Law):
6.1. Good Faith Resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good faith resolution. The aggrieved party must provide written notice of the Dispute to the other party (via email to [email protected] for LIFE AI), detailing the nature of the Dispute, relevant facts, and proposed resolution. The parties shall engage in discussions (via email, video call, or other mutually agreed method) for at least 30 days from the date of notice.
6.2. Mediation: If the Dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it shall be submitted to non-binding mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or an equivalent neutral institution in the user's jurisdiction, in accordance with its rules. Mediation shall be conducted remotely to accommodate global users and minimize inconvenience.
6.3. Arbitration or Litigation: If mediation fails, the Dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules, conducted in English via remote proceedings, unless prohibited by mandatory local laws. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Disputes not subject to arbitration (e.g., where arbitration is unenforceable under applicable consumer laws) may be resolved in the courts of Singapore or, at your option, in the competent courts of your country of residence, applying the mandatory laws of that jurisdiction as provided in Section 12. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Singapore courts for disputes resolved therein, where applicable.
6.4. Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of the rest of this section.
6.5. Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, LIFE AI may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court for intellectual property infringement, data breaches, or urgent matters to protect the LIFE AI Ecosystem. This section does not limit your statutory rights under mandatory local laws, as outlined in Section 12.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership: The Services and all content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials ("Content"), are owned by LIFE AI or licensed to LIFE AI by third parties. All rights are reserved. Content created by users, such as posts, reviews, or shared data ("User-Generated Content"), remains owned by the user, but by submitting such content, you grant LIFE AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Usage Restrictions: You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content, including User-Generated Content, without prior written permission from LIFE AI or the respective owner. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action in accordance with applicable international and local laws. 8. Privacy
8.1. Data Collection: LIFE AI collects, uses, processes, and discloses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable international and local data protection laws. By using the Services, you consent to these data practices. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
8.2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal data you provide and for safeguarding your account information. Inaccurate data may affect the quality of Services provided.
9. Disclaimer
9.1. Informational Purposes: The information provided through LIFE AI Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, surgical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional relevant to your specific circumstances before relying on such information.
9.2. As-Is Basis: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.3. Third-Party Content: LIFE AI is not responsible for third-party applications, content, or services advertised or accessed through the Services. Transactions with third parties are at your own risk.
9.4. Marketing and Financial Disclaimers: All testimonials, community claims, or marketing content shared within or outside the platform are based on personal experiences and do not constitute guarantees of any specific outcome. LIFE AI does not endorse or validate any projection of financial return, resale value of memberships, or appreciation of Life Points. Any claim or representation suggesting such outcomes shall be deemed a violation of the Community Code of Conduct and may result in disciplinary action.
9.5. General Legal Disclaimer: LIFE AI Services are provided solely to support personalized health education, behavior change, and community engagement. All activities and content on the platform are intended for informational and motivational purposes only, and shall not be interpreted as medical, investment, or financial advice. The LIFE AI Ecosystem does not constitute a security, fundraising instrument, or investment contract. All user activities must comply with applicable local laws. LIFE AI bears no responsibility and disclaims all liability for any misrepresentation or unauthorized use of its services or brand by third parties or users acting without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Exclusive Remedy: Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to cease using them and uninstall any LIFE AI software.
10.2. Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable international and local laws, LIFE AI’s aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of the total fees paid by you to LIFE AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.3. Exclusions: LIFE AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of use, data, business, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Services, third-party applications, or content.
10.4. Exceptions: The limitations in Sections 10.1–10.3 do not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable international and local laws, such as mandatory consumer protection or data protection obligations. LIFE AI will only be liable to the extent required by such laws, ensuring compliance while maintaining the integrity of the LIFE AI Ecosystem and Community.
11. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable international and local laws, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LIFE AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Services, including any activities within the LIFE AI Ecosystem, LIFE App, or community programs.
- Any violation of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Code of Conduct, including but not limited to unauthorized use of intellectual property, misrepresentation of affiliation with LIFE AI, or misuse of Life Points.
- Any infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Any actions that cause harm to the LIFE AI Ecosystem or Community, including but not limited to fraud, system manipulation, or dissemination of false or misleading information.
- Any breach of applicable local or international laws, including data protection, consumer protection, or anti-fraud regulations. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account or membership and applies to any legal proceedings initiated by LIFE AI or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, where mandatory provisions of the law in your jurisdiction provide greater protections, those provisions shall apply and override any conflicting terms herein. Disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 6 may be resolved in the courts of Singapore or, at your option, in the competent courts of your country of residence, applying the mandatory laws of that jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Singapore courts for disputes resolved therein, except where prohibited by applicable law. LIFE AI reserves the right to assess and resolve conflicts with mandatory local laws through consultation with independent legal experts, and will notify users of any material changes via the Services. Nothing in these Terms shall limit, restrict, or waive your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local laws.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and LIFE AI regarding the Services, superseding all prior communications or agreements. These documents are legally binding and must be interpreted harmoniously. In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail, except where a specific provision in the Privacy Policy or Community Code of Conduct provides additional user protection.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable international or local laws, it shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Updates to Terms
LIFE AI may update these Terms from time to time, with notification provided via the LIFE AI platform for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
