LIFE AI GLOBAL COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

Article 1. Mission and Operational Direction

  1. LIFE AI is a global technology platform building a connected community to promote personalized healthcare. LIFE AI operates with the mission to foster healthy lifestyles, encourage positive behaviors, and leverage technology to enhance the quality of life for users across multiple countries.
  2. LIFE AI, together with its ecosystem partners, utilizes advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), genetic technology, automation, robotics, and other solutions to provide personalized healthcare products, services, and solutions through mobile applications, digital commerce platforms, and community programs. All activities are designed to create sustainable value for health and user experience, in compliance with ethical standards and applicable laws. LIFE AI does not offer medical diagnosis or treatment unless expressly authorized under local regulatory approvals.
  3. This LIFE AI Global Community Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) is established to guide behavior, protect community values, and promote and support compliance with laws in the countries where LIFE AI provides services. Depending on jurisdictional requirements, LIFE AI may issue specific appendices to clarify the application of the Code in each country.

Article 2. Definition of Terms

  1. LIFE AI Ecosystem: An advanced digital health platform integrating artificial intelligence (AI), personal health data, and blockchain technology, designed to support a global network of individuals who are empowered to manage, own, and utilize their health data responsibly.
  2. LIFE App: The official application developed by LIFE AI, enabling users to manage personal information, access personalized healthcare products and services, participate in community activities, and interact with features within the LIFE AI Global Ecosystem.
  3. LIFE AI Community: The collective of individuals participating in the LIFE AI Ecosystem voluntarily, transparently, and a commitment to shared principles across all regions.
  4. Member: Any individual using LIFE AI services in any country, including:
    • Regular Member: An individual who registers an account and uses LIFE AI’s basic features.
    • VIP Member: An individual who subscribes to premium membership options, gaining access to purchase discounts, early access to new products/services, priority participation in programs, and additional features within the LIFE AI Ecosystem.
    All members, irrespective of membership type, must comply with this Code and other relevant regulations of LIFE AI.
  5. Life Point: Internal reward points allocated based on a member’s contributions to the community and health improvement actions. Life Points can be used within the LIFE AI Ecosystem to redeem discounts, access exclusive content, or participate in member-specific incentive programs.
  6. Community Compliance Committee: An independent oversight body established by LIFE AI, composed of senior executives and/or authorized representatives, responsible for supporting LIFE AI in monitoring compliance with the Code and implementing disciplinary measures in accordance with the violation handling procedure.
  7. Community Pool: A pool managed by LIFE AI to support community activities and incentive programs, including Life Points recovered from violations as per Article 11.
  8. Violation: Any member behavior that fails to comply with the provisions of this Code, including but not limited to prohibited actions outlined in Article 4.3. Violations will be addressed in accordance with Article 11.

Article 3. Scope of Application, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

  1. This Code applies to all members of the LIFE AI Community globally, including users of the LIFE App, digital commerce ecosystem, and community activities managed by LIFE AI in all countries.
  2. The Code is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the country where the member resides. In case of conflict between this Code and local laws, local laws shall take precedence, except where otherwise agreed upon by LIFE AI through consultation with legal experts. If any provision is deemed invalid or inconsistent with local laws, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
  3. Any violation of this Code, including breaches of member obligations, prohibited actions, or non-compliance with LIFE AI guidelines, will be reviewed by the Community Compliance Committee, which will apply appropriate measures in accordance with the procedures and sanctions outlined in this Code.

Article 4. Core Values and Conduct

  1. Core Values
    1. Transparency: Ensure all provided information is accurate and reflects the true nature of LIFE AI’s operations in all regions.
    2. Collaboration: Build a strong and sustainable international community through sharing, support, and respect for cultural diversity.
    3. Inspiration: Encourage individuals to proactively improve their health and to foster healthy living practices within the Community.
    4. Rule of Law: Uphold compliance with the laws of each country and international standards, forming the foundation for fair, sustainable, and responsible operations.
  2. Encouraged Conduct
    1. Share authentic experiences in personalized healthcare, healthy lifestyles, and disease prevention to inspire the international community toward a healthier and more sustainable life.
    2. Promote LIFE AI’s mission using official content provided by LIFE AI to spread the value of personalized healthcare platforms.
    3. Report inappropriate behavior via email: [email protected].
  3. Prohibited Conduct
    Members of the LIFE AI Community are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
    1. Providing False or Misleading Information
      Members are prohibited from disseminating inaccurate, exaggerated, or scientifically unfounded information that misleads others about LIFE AI or related elements, including but not limited to:
      1. Regarding the LIFE AI Ecosystem:
        • Promoting or implying LIFE AI as a form of financial investment, profit-generating model, or money-making tool.
        • Misrepresenting information in a manner inconsistent with official publications by LIFE AI regarding the ecosystem’s scope, member benefits, or any perceived financial gain from participation in the LIFE AI Community.
      2. Regarding Life Points:
        • Claiming or implying that Life Points constitute an investment asset, profit-generating tool, or financial instrument.
        • Promising or promoting the potential for profit or income (including passive income) from possessing or engaging in activities related to Life Points.
      3. Regarding Products and Services:
        • Claiming or implying that LIFE AI or partner products/services can diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health disorder without scientific evidence verified by competent health authorities under applicable laws.
        • Disseminating false, exaggerated, or excessive information beyond official content published by LIFE AI and/or its partners regarding the effectiveness of products, services, or features.
    2. Impersonation or Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property and Personal Identity
      Members are prohibited from:
      1. Claiming or fabricating a role as an employee, manager, or representative of LIFE AI.
      2. Creating, operating, or using websites, communication channels, social media accounts, or materials that contain, copy, imitate, or exploit LIFE AI’s intellectual property (including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interfaces, content, domain names) or other commercial identifiers without written consent.
      3. Using the image, name, personal information, statements, or reputation of LIFE AI’s founders, leadership team, or related individuals for communication, training, promotion, or marketing purposes without written approval from LIFE AI.
    3. Violation of Communication and Privacy Rules
      Members are prohibited from engaging in the following actions related to communication and privacy, including but not limited to:
      1. Unauthorized Use of Content: Using, sharing, or citing content, materials, images, videos, or communication information not officially published or approved in writing by LIFE AI is prohibited. Members must only use materials from LIFE AI’s official channels (including but not limited to the website https://lifeai.io, LIFE App, and official training materials). These materials must only be used to share information about health, science, and community activities consistent with LIFE AI’s official content.
      2. Offensive or Harmful Content: Posting or disseminating content that is insulting, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation, dignity, or legitimate interests of LIFE AI or other community members.
      3. Unauthorized Disclosure of Personal Information: Disclosing, exploiting, or using personal data, identification information, or private documents of any individual in the LIFE AI Community without their clear written consent.
    4. Abuse of the Reward Point System
      Members are prohibited from engaging in any actions to unjustly profit from the Life Point reward system.
      LIFE AI reserves the right to verify suspected cases, recover improperly awarded Life Points, and impose sanctions as per Article 11.
    5. Actions Undermining Community Stability and Unity
      Members are prohibited from:
      1. Organizing or inciting boycotts or disruptions to LIFE AI’s official programs, events, or activities.
      2. Disseminating, spreading, or aiding the spread of unverified, false, or misleading information that damages LIFE AI’s reputation, causes internal conflicts, or weakens community cohesion.
    6. Exploiting LIFE AI’s Name and Partners for Personal Gain
      Members are prohibited from using LIFE AI’s name, images, materials, events, or real or perceived affiliations with LIFE AI and its partners without authorization to:
      1. Borrow, raise funds, enter into contracts, provide financial guarantees, or conduct transactions for personal purposes.
      2. Cause misunderstandings about being authorized to represent LIFE AI or being LIFE AI personnel.
      3. Significantly harm or misrepresent the reputation, brand identity, or business operations of LIFE AI or its partners.

    Note: All violations listed above will be addressed in accordance with Article 11.

Article 5. Rights and Obligations of Members

  1. Rights
    1. Access and use products and services within the LIFE AI Ecosystem, including discounts for VIP Members.
    2. Receive Life Points as rewards for positive health actions and community contributions.
    3. Use the LIFE App to manage personal information, interaction history, and request support in any country.
    4. Participate in health programs, workshops, or events organized by LIFE AI globally.
  2. Obligations
    1. Fully comply with the provisions of this Code in all markets.
    2. Protect proprietary information as guided in Article 7.
    3. Support LIFE AI in handling complaints or investigating violations globally.
    4. Comply with local and international laws.
    5. Fully participate in training and guidance sessions organized by LIFE AI and/or its partners to understand and promote LIFE AI’s values and mission globally.

Article 6. Data Privacy

  1. All personal data of members is collected, stored, used, and shared by LIFE AI in accordance with the “Terms and Conditions,” “Privacy Policy,” applicable data protection laws in the member’s country of residence, and international standards where applicable.
  2. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and not disclosing, copying, transmitting, or using without authorization any proprietary information, internal data, confidential documents, or intellectual property accessed during or after the use of LIFE AI services, except with written permission from LIFE AI. Detailed regulations on the scope and manner of using such information are provided in Article 7.

Article 7. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. LIFE AI owns or is exclusively licensed to use intellectual property and commercial identifiers, including but not limited to trade names, trademarks, logos, designs, creative content, business information, community data, and other identifying elements within the LIFE AI Ecosystem.
  2. Members are prohibited from copying, using, publishing, or sharing any intellectual property or proprietary information (including posting on social media or using for promotional purposes) without written permission from LIFE AI.
  3. LIFE AI may grant limited, non-transferable licenses to use certain intellectual property or internal content within a specific scope, which may be revoked at any time without reason.

Article 8. Limitation of Legal Liability

  1. Members are responsible for the accuracy of all information they provide to LIFE AI, share within the Community, or communicate publicly. This includes but is not limited to personal data, promotional content, and public statements related to LIFE AI, its products, services, or those of its partners.
  2. Life Points have no financial value, and LIFE AI is not liable for damages from off-platform transactions or expectations of financial gain. LIFE AI reserves the right to suspend or adjust Life Points as necessary.
  3. LIFE AI is not legally liable if members violate local or international laws and will cooperate with competent authorities to address such violations.
  4. LIFE AI is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure under local laws.
  5. LIFE AI is not responsible for members’ violations of the law.

Article 9. Community Compliance Committee

  1. LIFE AI establishes the Community Compliance Committee to oversee global compliance with this Code.
  2. Committee members are appointed by LIFE AI’s leadership based on ethical, professional, and relevant experience criteria, ensuring independence and impartiality.

Article 10. Violation Reporting and Resolution Process

  1. Violations may be detected through LIFE AI’s technical systems, member reports via email to [email protected]. LIFE AI encourages reporting within 24 hours of detection.
  2. The Community Compliance Committee and/or LIFE AI’s automated systems will record, verify, and assess violations based on activity data, community feedback, and related content.
  3. Upon detecting a violation, LIFE AI may immediately apply sanctions as stipulated in Article 11 to ensure the safety of the LIFE AI Ecosystem and Community.

Article 11. Disciplinary Measures and Sanctions

  1. Principles of Application
    Sanctions for violations are applied based on the nature, severity, frequency, actual consequences, and assessment by the Community Compliance Committee.
  2. Classification of Violations and Sanctions
    Violation Level Description of Conduct Primary Sanction Account Action
    Level 1 First-time violation, possibly due to negligence, unintentional, with no significant impact on the LIFE AI Ecosystem, Community. Warning + Deduction of 1,000–10,000 Life Points. Account locked on LIFE App for 1–6 days.
    Level 2 Repeated violation after warning, or causing significant negative impact on the LIFE AI Ecosystem, Community. Severe warning + Deduction of 10,000–50,000 Life Points. Account locked on LIFE App for 7–30 days.
    Level 3 Intentional violation, fraud, or sabotage causing actual or potential serious harm to the LIFE AI Ecosystem, Community. Termination of membership + Full Life Point recovery (transferred to Community Pool). Account deactivation, 12-month re-entry ban.

    Note: Life Points are non-redeemable, non-transferable digital credits and may be revoked by LIFE AI at its sole discretion in cases of severe violations. Life Point levels may be adjusted periodically at LIFE AI’s discretion.

  3. Rewards for Valid Reports
    Members reporting valid violations, verified and officially addressed, will receive 50% of the Life Points recovered from the violator, with the remainder transferred to the Community Pool. Rewards will be distributed transparently, with the reporter’s identity kept confidential and in compliance with applicable laws.
  4. Sanction Application Process
    1. LIFE AI will apply appropriate sanctions based on verified data, violation classification, and impact assessment, conducted by the system or the Community Compliance Committee.
    2. Members will be notified of sanctions via the LIFE App, email, or other official channels, including the basis for the sanction, type, and duration.
    3. Members may appeal decisions within 7 business days from the date of receiving the notification by sending an email to [email protected]. Responses will be provided within 14 business days. During the period pending the resolution of an appeal, sanctions remain in full effect, except in special cases determined by LIFE AI.
  5. Re-entry
    Members whose membership is terminated may apply for re-entry after 12 months from the effective date of the termination decision. Re-entry approval is at LIFE AI’s discretion and requires written confirmation.
  6. Additional Legal Measures
    In addition to the sanctions mentioned above, LIFE AI reserves the right to take appropriate legal measures to protect its legitimate rights and interests in accordance with relevant local or international laws. LIFE AI may cooperate with competent authorities, pursue legal proceedings, or apply civil, administrative, or criminal legal measures against serious violations that cause actual or potential harm to the LIFE AI Ecosystem or Community.

Article 12. Acceptance and Enforceability

  1. Participation in the LIFE AI Community through the LIFE App or other official channels constitutes acceptance of this Code globally.
  2. Members may terminate their participation in the Community by deleting their account. Account deletion must comply with the Terms and Conditions, and remaining obligations include but are not limited to those outlined in Article 6 (Data Privacy), Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights), and Article 11 (Disciplinary Measures and Sanctions) of this Code.
  3. LIFE AI reserves the right to amend this Code at any time. Amendments to this Code will take effect 7 days after notification via the LIFE App or website https://lifeai.io, except in emergencies. Continued use of the services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
